Complete User Agreement for ph636.app

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph636 ("ph636," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of ph636.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph636 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using ph636 and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of ph636 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the PAGCOR regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from ph636 or any related gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph636 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account restriction or closure.

To access real-money games on ph636, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active ph636 account. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, or phone number used.

ph636 processes all deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits made to your ph636 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.
• Deposits are credited to your ph636 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. ph636 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming only. ph636 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your gaming account, except where required by applicable law or where ph636 determines a deposit was made in error.
• ph636 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with suspected fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal of funds from your ph636 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ph636 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawal requests require a minimum of standard identity verification. ph636 may request additional documentation — including government-issued ID and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests may be reversed by the player prior to processing, at which point the funds are returned to the gaming account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph636 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph636 content without written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph636 software or game content.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices on the platform.
• Use ph636's brand, logo, or intellectual property in any form without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph636 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunction, where ph636 has taken reasonable steps to resolve the issue and return affected wagers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your ph636 login credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond ph636's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by players in connection with gameplay, including decisions to wager, hold, or withdraw funds.

ph636's aggregate liability to any player, in connection with any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits ph636's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

ph636 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the National Privacy Commission's applicable issuances. By using ph636, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Key data processing activities at ph636 include identity verification, account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. ph636 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ph636 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Self-exclusion request by the player.
• Instruction by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and applicable deductions.

ph636 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, ph636 will provide notice to affected players through appropriate channels, which may include in-platform notifications, email communications to registered addresses, or prominent notices on ph636.app.

Continued use of ph636 following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. Players who do not accept amended terms may close their accounts and withdraw any eligible real-money balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph636 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing by both parties.
